Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks and is free.

If your product is damaged

  1. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send your order details and photos of the damage.
  3. We’ll confirm the return or replacement and send you return instructions.

For damaged items, return shipping is covered (return shipping fee is included).

Non-damaged returns
